    Our team at LHH (formerly Parker + Lynch) has partnered with a leading manufacturing company based in Kansas City in their search for a skilled Director of Finance to lead their financial operations and contribute to their ongoing success.


    Position Overview:

    As the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the manufacturing operations nationwide.

    You will play a key role in driving financial strategy, providing insightful analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing finance, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in a senior finance role.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's overall objectives.

    Oversee all financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

    Provide strategic guidance to senior management on financial matters, including pricing strategies, cost optimization, and investment decisions.

    Lead the annual budgeting process and long-range financial planning initiatives.

    Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including tax filings, financial reporting, and internal controls.

    Manage the finance team and provide leadership and mentorship to the FP&A team members.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

    5+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a focus on manufacturing.

    Strong leadership and management skills with a proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.

    Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.


    Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights, with a strong proficient in Excel and other BI tools.

    Must be fully based in-office in Kansas City.

    Pay Details:
    $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
