    Description

    Crothall Healthcare - Program Management Position

    Job Summary:

    • Support the Director in daily operational and program management tasks
    • Act as a key liaison between sector and client, ensuring high-quality service delivery

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Advise and assist the Director in maintenance initiatives
    • Identify program issues and develop corrective action plans
    • Provide guidance on human resources policies
    • Oversee integration activities for personnel and training
    • Organize training sessions and ensure compliance with guidelines
    • Supervise office staff and department personnel
    • Review incoming contracts and assist with budget management
    • Collaborate with finance and leadership teams on budgeting
    • Ensure implementation of policies and procedures

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred, high school diploma required
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and exhibit leadership
    • Detailed knowledge of contract administration and office procedures
    • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
    • Previous Facilities Management experience a plus
