    Description

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to join our legal team as a Legal Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our attorneys and paralegals, ensuring the smooth operation of our small client-oriented law firm. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic legal environment.

    Responsibilities:

    · Prepare and manage correspondence via email, mail, and fax.

    · Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls from clients, insurance companies, and defense attorneys with respect and professionalism.

    · Update information in our case management program.

    · Organize and maintain electronic legal files and documents.

    · Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Email and Calendaring

    · Strong organization and time management skills

    · Attention to detail and accuracy in work

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    · Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    · Discretion in handling confidential information
