- Serving as a central point of contact for external recruiting partners regarding applicant status.
- Creating and updating spreadsheets, charts and emails relative to the recruitment process.
- Tracking applicant progress via an automated system throughout the recruitment and placement process.
- Sending recruitment materials to various external partners (individuals or organizations) and keeping them informed of applicant status, e.g., missed interviews, missing documents, etc.
- Scheduling and conducting application assessments/interviews.
- Analyzing data and creating reports to show trends and progress toward goals for staff, partners and other stakeholders.
- Preparing agendas, producing recruitment or other promotional materials, and arranging conference calls.
- Supporting social media initiatives such as the NCCC blog, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Responding to applicant calls and emails regarding the NCCC program.
