    Job Details

    Location: Washington, DC (ONI Facility)

    Security Clearance: TS/SCI

    Education/Experience: MS in Systems Engineering with at least 10 years of experience in the IT (Information Technology) field.

    Certifications: CSEP or equivalent.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural designs in alignment with industry standards such as TOGAF or Zachman.
    • Utilize modeling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect or ArchiMate to create and manage system views and operational views.
    • Lead the analysis of system requirements to ensure technical solutions align with business goals and cybersecurity policies.
    • Conduct trade-off analyses using tools like MATLAB or Simulink to evaluate system performance, cost, and risk factors.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of new technologies or system upgrades.
    • Monitor system development and architecture to ensure adherence to best practices and compliance with security requirements.
