Job DescriptionHansen CPA, a well-established, full-service accounting firm, is seeking a Client Services Coordinator ("CSC") plays an integral role in firm operations, tax administration and client coordination. The CSC must understand the flow of work for the business line(s) they serve, including deadlines, processes, forms, and systems; applies this knowledge in their day-to-day activities.
We are a boutique accounting firm that provides a full suite of tax, accounting and business advisory services, personally tailored to help clients meet their unique financial goals. We believe the best results come from developing close relationships with our clients and do our best work as an extension of our clients' teams.

The Client Services Manager supports Firm Operations, Tax Administration, and Client Coordination. The following list outlines several key responsibilities, but is not meant to be an exhaustive list:
u Leads Reception Activities (Ex. Phones, Emails, Incoming and Outgoing Mail, Greeting Clients, Conference Room Reservations and Other Meeting and Event Support)
u Coordinates Maintenance, Care, and Repair of Office Equipment, Facilities, and Supplies
u Manages a List of Important Dates and Key Deadlines with Firm Leadership
u Supports Workflow by Following Up on Assignments, Correspondence, and Internal Deadlines
u Leads the Client Billing and Accounts Receivable Processes
u Provides Tax & Administrative Support Across Multiple Business Lines (ex. Document Management, Status Tracking, Return Processing, Meal Orders, Expense Reporting, Proposal Preparation, Data Updates, etc.)
u Diagnoses Service Issues and Connects with the Appropriate Firm Resource for Resolution
u Other Duties as Assigned
