- Assist with multiple gardening tasks—watering, planting, weeding, and mulching variety of established garden beds.
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
- Harvesting of various plants on a daily/weekly basis.
- Pest and disease identification, monitoring production beds
- Other duties as assigned
- Effective communication skills
- Self-starter possessing great multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
- Basic familiarity with a multitude of vegetables, fruits, and plants.
- Ability to undertake manual labor.
- Ability to work outside in normal Wisconsin weather from early spring until late fall.
- Must demonstrate high standard of professionalism.
- Adhere to all company safety rules and guidelines
- Ability to read and interpret English language documents such as safety rules, operations and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
