    Description

    We are recruiting an Executive Assistant that will be mostly remote with some on-site need. This position will handle a variety of functions and have a ton of growth into the business side of his multiple, highly successful businesses. This is an opportunity to be an integral part of a high-profile executive's day to day, so we are looking for someone who is eager to be part of enormous growth, fast-paced businesses and thrives wear many hats.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage all personal travel domestic and international for CEO
    • Calendar management, scheduling assistance and general administrative duties
    • Create all agendas and itineraries for corresponding trips.
    • Personal Property Management – oversee vendors, HVAC and overall house staff, oversee home security, technology etc.
    • Manage and organize all accounts, policies, entities, vehicles, and trips on paper and electrically

    Qualifications:

    • Degree preferred
    • 2+ years of executive assistant experience
    • Successful history with travel planning and schedule management
    • Strong computer skills, organizational skills and communication skills
    • Able to pivot and adapt to growth and changes
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Clear background, good credit and excellent references is an absolute must
