    The purpose of the Sr.

    Data Delivery Analyst is to perform, coordinate, and manage tasks associated with the execution of the data delivery process, which is the process used to implement Bernhard Connect on individual projects.

    This person will also contribute to project development and internal improvement efforts.

    Specific responsibilities include:
    Execute the data delivery process on projects as an individual contributor and support other projects as needed.
    Evaluate progress of individual tasks and coordinate with other project resources that may be executing the data delivery process.
    Coordinate and track client coordination processes such as IT and security review.
    Participate in site visits to collect data and install devices for the purposes of training others.
    Perform some project management tasks such as scope, schedule, and budget tracking.
    Contribute to project development by drafting initial scopes of work and pricing for new projects.
    Work with Leadership to ensure that data delivery processes are correctly resourced per the established budgets and schedule.
    Direct the work of team members and sub-consultants to ensure project objectives are met.
    Track and report data delivery execution against budget in terms of schedule adherence, deliverables, cost and revenue.
    Manage internal initiatives such as process or automation development.
    Participates in relevant organizations for networking and professional development.
    Any other duties as assigned by Company Leadership.

    This position is Full Time, Exempt and reports to the Director of Facility Management Services as a member of the facility services team .

    5+ Years of experience in one of the following sectors: Engineering, Construction, Facilities Management, or Energy.
    Progressive experience leading technical processes.
    Demonstrated experience with strong analytical, organizational and planning skills.
    Baccalaureate Degree in a Technical discipline, Engineering degree, Construction Management or related field.
    Professional Engineering (PE) license.
    Experience with building automation system design or installation.
    Experience with software development.
    Experience with Agile project management.
    Experience in the energy sector.
    Travel shall be required on occasion depending on project need and location. The travel commitment may be up to 25% of regular work schedule per month.

    Shall require long periods of sitting or standing at a desk in front of a computer in the office environment.

    The office environment is usually quiet.
    Shall require the ability to walk, climb and crawl on a project construction site on occasions.
    On occasions shall be exposed to inclement weather.
