    Are you a results-oriented and driven sales professional with a proven track record of achieving sales goals? We're seeking an outside sales representative who can develop a sales strategy to build new and expand current customer relationships. We support our sales team with the tools, training, management, and competitive compensation to ensure your success.     Compensation:

    $150,000 At Plan

    Responsibilities:
    • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
    • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
    • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
    • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
    • Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
    Qualifications:
    • At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
    • Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike
    • High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
    • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
    • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
    • Must be personable, with strong social/people skills
    • Past sales and/or sales experience is highly desired
    • Must be self-motivated and ambitious
    • Must possess a Great Attitude, and be able to inspire and motivate others
    • Must work well with others and in a Team Environment
    • Ability to work Mon-Fri and at least 2 Saturdays a month
