- 7+ years of relevant experience in system analysis and requirement development.
- Experience in Agile environments using SCRUM.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, visualization tools, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of healthcare data submission and complex healthcare systems.
- Experience with platform technologies and relevant certifications.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
