    Job Summary:
    Mazda of Greenville is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team.

    This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and acting as the liaison between our customers and our automotive technicians.

    The Service Advisor will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers' service experience is prompt, professional, and efficient.

    This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary plus commission structure.


    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Annual salary range of $65,000 $125,000 based on experience and performance
    • Paid semimonthly
    • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match

    • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, listening to their needs and concerns
    • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized and efficient service schedule
    • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process
    • Communicate with customers to keep them informed of the status of their vehicle and any necessary repairs
    • Provide accurate and detailed estimates for repair costs and timelines
    • Upsell additional services and products as needed
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or questions
    • Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and proper completion of services
    • Utilize dealership software and systems to accurately document and track service records and transactions
    • Attend regular training and workshops to stay updated on new products, services, and technology
    • Meet or exceed set performance goals and targets for customer satisfaction and service salesRequirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent problem
    • solving abilities and attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast
    • paced environment
    • Proficient computer skills and experience with dealership software preferred
