YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Graphic, technical, and commercial order processing using a 3D planning program
  • Telephone and written customer service
  • Objective review and handling of complaints
  • Creation of credit notes and returns
  • Coordination of incoming customer inquiries

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Completed commercial training or equivalent degree
  • Good technical understanding and spatial imagination
  • Commitment, flexibility, and teamwork
  • Strong communication skills and customeroriented work approach
