As the Leader of Working Capital Management (M/F/d) in Maywood, IL, you will be responsible for leading a team of business analysts and inventory planners/analysts to optimize inventory levels, set targets, and implement measures to enhance overall efficiency.

This role requires collaboration with various departments, providing conceptual input for reporting and analyses, and acting as a key interface for working capital management.

You will also functionally lead local sales entities and production companies to maintain optimal inventory levels.

We are currently seeking a candidate for this position in our offices in Allendorf or Berlin.


Your role and impact:


  • Manage the inventory management department and lead a team of inventory planners, inventory analysts, and business analysts
  • Optimize inventory levels across the company by setting targets, optimizing parameters, and monitoring progress
  • Develop and implement a program of measures to continuously improve inventory optimization
  • Conduct root cause analyses of inventory developments and implement corrective actions
  • Provide conceptual input for reporting, analyses, and initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales, production, and finance, to align inventory plans with business goals

Who you are:


You are a leader with strong strategic and analytical skills, as well as the ability to drive continuous improvement in inventory management.


  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in inventory, supply chain management, or a related area
  • Experience in leadership, with the ability to inspire
