HR Consulting Maria Herrmann specializes in the placement of specialized and managerial professionals in the healthcare sector.

Our client is a highly successful homecare company operating nationwide.

We are currently seeking a certified nursing professional for a homecare field position in the Trier-Wittlich-Bitburg area.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating care for chronically ill individuals in the outpatient setting
  • Acting as a liaison between all parties involved in the care, such as primary care physicians, family members, and homecare services
  • Making therapy recommendations to physicians
  • Providing guidance and training to physicians, nursing staff, and family members on the use of modern medical devices, particularly in the areas of tracheostomy and port care.

Qualifications:

  • Certified as a healthcare professional (Gesundheits und Krankenpfleger/in) or alternatively as a geriatric nurse (Altenpfleger/in)
  • Ability to selforganize
  • Fluent in German
  • Residing in the Trier-WittlichBitburg area
  • Willing to work fulltime
