About Us
The residential area managers in our facility do not work in basic and treatment care, but primarily take on the following tasks:

  • Organizing the care and support of residents
  • Managing and monitoring nursing documentation
  • Monitoring and ensuring proper care and support
  • Conducting regular staff meetings and accompanying nursing visits by the PDL or deputy PDL
  • Participating in regular management meetings and quality circles, as well as being willing to attend regular training sessions
  • Contributing improvement suggestions to the nursing management (care methods, care systems, etc.)
  • Maintaining regular contact with all residents in the living area
  • Organizing residents' participation in events
  • Maintaining contact with family members, caregivers, and other individuals close to the residents (office hours)
  • Collaborating with other services in the facility (social support, housekeeping, kitchen, administration)
  • Accompanying MDK representatives, assessments, and inspections
  • Participating in new admissions
  • Addressing complaints
  • Planning and coordinating staff deployment
  • Creating duty and vacation schedules
  • Monitoring compliance with working hours
  • Training and instructing new employees
  • Providing guidance (e.g. on the introduction of new nursing and treatment methods or the acquisition of new technical equipment), support, and professional advice to employees (e.g. specialists in carrying out treatment care)
  • Training and utilizing apprentices and interns
  • Monitoring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
  • Planning doctor visits.
