Description
Integrated Practical Training (PiA) for state-recognized educator

We structure the training in theory and practice in blocks of two to three months, where you will either attend school or a kindergarten.

The school component makes up about 2/3 of the training, while the practical component makes up 1/3.

After the three-year PiA, upon successful completion of the final exam, you will hold the title of "state-recognized educator" and have also acquired an additional qualification and possibly a higher education entrance qualification.

The mandatory recognition year, which is required in regular training, is not necessary in the integrated practical training. You will have already completed the practical components during your training. This means you can directly apply for a position as an educator. One of the major advantages of your application will surely be your additional qualification.

In addition to the concept itself, the PiA is also interesting because you will already receive a salary during your training.

This is usually the case at public institutions, such as tariff-bound municipal carriers, as follows:

First year of training € 1,190.69
Second year of training € 1,252.07
Third year of training € 1,353.38
