About the Role:
Looking for highly organized entrepreneurial team player to work with marketing and executive teams to ensure projects and calendars are on track and completed.
What You'll be Doing
Project Management :
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of special projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope and on budget.
Collaborate with senior management to align projects with the organization's strategic objectives, identifying key deliverables and milestoneMarketing Traffic Management :
responsible for crafting project schedules, assigning project-specific tasks, handling logistics, supporting the team by removing roadblocks, and updating internal stakeholders and clients on project progress and status.
Will be working with marketing teams on photo shoots, trade marketing projects and new store openings.Executive Calendar and Travel Management: Handle office-management duties, making travel arrangements, handling calendar events, organizing reports and documents.
