Job Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for independently managing and leading complex projects in phases 6-9 of the HOAI and will take on a challenging role within a project team. This includes:

Tendering and awarding of construction services,
Construction supervision, phase 8 of the HOAI,
Engineering services for quality assurance in phases 6 and 7,
Monitoring of deadlines, costs, and quality,
Invoice verification and cost control including reporting,
Management of contract amendments,
Defect management.

Qualifications:

You have a degree in civil engineering or a degree as a construction technician with relevant experience.
Several years of professional experience in construction supervision/site management,
Good knowledge of applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations (HOAI, VOB, etc.), particularly in handling phases 6-9 of the HOAI,
Experience in project management/advanced project management skills,
Basic knowledge of construction law VOB/B,
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style,
Valid driver's license.
