The **Custodian** is responsible for maintaining sanitary conditions for agency staff and visitors at our office in Bloomington, IL. This position requires approximately 32 hours per week and is benefits eligible.
**Staff are be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and to submit proof of their vaccination status before their start date unless they have an agency approved medical or religious exemption. **What youll do**:
Clean and sanitize all bathrooms daily (sinks, stools, and floors) and replenishes supplies such as soap, towels, toilet paper as needed.
Vacuum common areas; shampoo and/or steam clean carpeting when necessary.
Dispose of all garbage and recycling throughout the facility daily.
Plan and carry out seasonal house cleaning, such as waxing floors, washing windows, dusting cob webs and vents.
Keep cleaning supplies and equipment orderly and well-kept; monitor relevant inventory and inform supervisor of supply needs.
Report any necessary repairs to the assigned supervisor.
