As a Service Assistant, you are the first point of contact for our customers and the heart of our branch in Laflin, PA You won't have a typical office job with us, but instead a collegial environment with a strong team player culture.

We are looking for you at our locations in Lichtenberg, Tempelhof, or Spandau

\_\_Your new role\_\_

  • Provide our customers with competent advice during the vehicle sales process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and longterm customer loyalty through excellent support
  • Create purchase contracts and finalize them together with the customer
  • Be responsible for all administrative and commercial tasks
  • Support our vehicle appraisers by conducting visual evaluations of vehicles and initiating deregistration processes
Your skills

  • Previous professional experience in sales, purchasing, service, or the automotive industry is desirable
  • Career changers from the hospitality, hotel, and retail industries are also welcome
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor and empathy
  • Interest in the automotive industry and willingness to help out in the workshop no technical knowledge required
  • Fluent German skills and experience with Google Sheets, Word, and Excel, as well as a Class B driver's license
