Order Processor - Palmer Lake, CO, United States - Matrix Dynamics
Description
Your Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for planning and managing production, particularly the final assembly of devices, taking into account capacities, material availability, and demands from different sales regions.
- You will act as a point of contact for all departments regarding capacity coordination at the Schweinfurt location and related plants (operating curve).
- You will handle order processing for machine orders, including new launches for sales.
- You will be in charge of implementing plans in FOSS, including budget and rolling forecasts.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and preparing device master data, as well as managing the introduction and discontinuation of devices.
- You will monitor delivery deadlines to our customers and coordinate overall workload at the plant with the sales departments.
- You will work closely with the device production control, logistics, and distribution teams.
- You will prepare evaluations and statistics.
- You will be responsible for updating the devicebased net requirements calculation (NEBE). This includes fine scheduling of planning and customer order quantities, as well as ongoing review and updating of the options planning.
- You will process approvals for accompanying device documentation (master data, information for internal distribution and suppliers).
- You will be in charge of the disposition of accompanying materials for device documentation, as well as accompanying documentation for acute and PD products.
- Additionally, you will process orders for medical software and service software.
Your Profile:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk or a comparable qualification.
