The Role
This role will report to our Headquarters Controller.
Primary responsibility will be month end closing of sales and cost of sales, sales forecast consolidation and reporting, pension fund and deferred compensation plan reconciliations, as well as other aspects of reporting needed to support our Trade, Retail and ECOM sales teams.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Month end close of sales and cost of sales, including:
Weekly review and reconciliation of sales, sales programs, and standard margin
Processing of accounting journal entries
Identifying and escalating sales discrepancies
Creating monthly reporting for management review
Monthly forecast and budget consolidation for HQ submissions
Monthly pension fund and deferred compensation plan administration and reconciliations
Managing and maintaining the US sales databases (Essbase) to ensure alignment with SAP
Ad hoc requests to support the business as required
Individual Requirements
Business degree, with database management or lighting industry experience a plus
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required, Advanced Excel Skills preferred
SAP ERP hands-on experience would be desirable
Other:
