- Serve as the lead in building and sustaining apprenticeship degree pathways.
- Work closely with various stakeholders to initiate apprenticeship programs.
- Lead and manage the Apprenticeship Degree Innovation Fund program.
- Act as a liaison between program faculty and external stakeholders.
- Conduct outreach to support apprenticeship development.
- Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams for student recruitment.
- Develop metrics to track program progress.
- Integrate industry credentials with apprenticeship programs.
- Conduct presentations and events to engage students and industry partners.
- Create promotional materials for the program.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure monitoring.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Demonstrated project management experience.

About Quinsigamond Community College:
Quinsigamond Community College (QCC) is the largest community college in Central Massachusetts, serving over 13,000 students in degree and certificate programs, adult education, and workforce development. QCC offers over 70 associate degree and certificate career options in Business, Health Care, Technology, Liberal Arts, and Human Services. Additionally, there are more than 137 credit and 300 noncredit courses offered online, along with various classroom non-credit courses, workshops, and seminars across different locations.
QCC aims for 100% student success and is currently undergoing an Equity Appraisal to better serve historically underserved students in higher education.
Job Description:
General Statement
Responsible for coordinating, developing, and implementing outreach, marketing, and recruitment activities to promote and expand apprenticeship degree pathways, ensuring compliance with grant and college requirements for a multi-year design and implementation project.
Supervision Received
Reports to the Vice President of Academic Affairs.
Supervision Exercised
May supervise part-time or contract employees, and work study students.
