- Manufacturing unit/Manufacturing industry experience is needed

- day-to-day business activities which include tracking of operational spend, headcount and general accounting activities.

- with key stakeholders across the function to drive operational cost saving initiatives and provide value add insight.
- Finance leadership with key business reporting cycles (Latest Best Estimate, Plan Update, Long Range Plan, and Annual Plan).
- and implement dashboards and reports required for business continuity.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or Economics required.
- Minimum 4+ years related finance experience preferably within a large organization.
- Strong Excel skills needed
- The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively, possess strong analytical skills, manage multiple and time sensitive deliverables across a highly matrixed organization.
- The individual will also possess strong business partnership skills and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.
- Ultimately a successful candidate will display a balance of hard and soft skills, including the ability to problem solve and respond quickly to changing business needs.
