Deputy Department Manager / Team Leader Fresh Counter (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Customer service: You serve and advise our customers at the fresh counter (meat, sausage, cheese, fish)
  • Organization: You represent the department manager and organize the processes behind the counter as well as the staff planning
  • Creative product presentation: You present the products in an appealing way at the fresh counter
  • Disposition: Ordering the products according to demand and keeping an eye on trends complete your area of responsibility

Your qualifications

  • Education: Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship as a butcher, cook, salesperson, retail salesman or similar
  • Experience: You ideally have professional experience in a butcher's department, service counter or kitchen
