The Asklepios Clinic Lich is an acute care hospital that treats more than patients annually.

Our modernly equipped clinic has the specialist departments of general and visceral surgery, trauma surgery, orthopedics, spinal and pediatric traumatology, endocrine surgery, vascular surgery, internal medicine with cardiology, anesthesia and intensive care medicine, as well as gynecology and obstetrics.

We are looking for a Personnel Officer (m/f/d) with a focus on payroll accounting.

The personnel department at the Lich location serves approximately 830 employees. In addition, we carry out payroll accounting for other Asklepios Group locations with approximately employees.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Support of a defined group of employees in all personnel matters
Contact person for all matters concerning our employees, from entry to exit
Preparation of certificates and reports
Maintenance of master data in Loga and the duty roster program (Breitenbach)
Management of electronic personnel files
Proper execution of payroll accounting in accordance with legal and contractual provisions, regulations, and internal instructions
Clarification and support of individual concerns of our employees regarding various personnel topics
Coordination
