V. is a non-profit organization located in Hillsboro, TX.

Our focus is on preventing computer and internet addiction, loss of empathy, cyberbullying, and obesity, as well as addressing school-related issues.

We aim to raise awareness and empower families and professionals to prevent these risks and promote media literacy in children.



Responsibilities:


We are currently seeking a part-time employee (for students, possibly as a working student, intern, or for a thesis) to work approximately 40 hours per month at our ECHT DABEI service office in Freiburg.


Tasks:
The main responsibility of this position is to support the ECHT DABEI prevention program at our service office


This includes:

  • Planning, packing, shipping, and documenting material orders
  • Documentation and communication
  • Research and reports
  • Assisting with updates to ECHT DABEI materials

Qualifications:

We expect:

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Interest in teamwork and motivation to take on tasks independently
  • Basic knowledge or interest in learning about "children, media, and health"
  • Currently studying psychology, social work, educational science, health science, (childhood) pedagogy, or a related field
