    The Labs and Clearance Coordinator/ Patient Care Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring patients are medically cleared for surgery through a standardized process.

    • Assist patients in determining their suitable procedure(s)
    • Review patients' medical history for pre-admission tests
    • Schedule necessary medical and cardiac clearances
    • Arrange follow-up appointments and tests for patients
    • Collaborate with clinical staff to gather patient information
    • Document procedures performed by physicians
    • Evaluate if further tests or clearances are required
    • Perform other assigned duties

    Requirements

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
    • Effective problem-solving abilities
    • Minimum requirement of a High School Degree
    • Basic knowledge of medical terminology
    • Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
