- Monitor calendars and log all filings - maintaining a record of certified mailings.
- Coordinate processing, filing and payment of required forms.
- Prepare and file Annual Reports

- Data entry for purchases to determine taxability by jurisdiction.

- 2 Year degree or two to four years related experience
- Accounting experience a plus
- Strong communication skills

- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent computer skills to include experience with MS Word and Excel

Vaco has partnered with our client to hire an Accounting/Tax associate to join their team.In this role you will be responsible for data entry (mail and purchase tracking), coordinating payments, and filing Annual Reports.
Where: Wilmington, MA (3 days onsite, 2 remote)
When: Immediate need, 6+ months
Pay: $25/hour
