About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role

  • Generate and distribute aging reports to clients accurately and timely
  • Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices
  • Address customer inquiries promptly, resolving billing discrepancies to maintain positive client relationships
  • Maintain database of all customer collection details and escalations
  • Assist in cash posting & offsets on customer accounts
  • Prepare and distribute accounts receivable reports biweekly to senior leadership, providing insights into outstanding balances, collection efforts, and escalation needs.
  • Process and keep track of all credits and refunds General Ad-Hoc requests and various Accounts Receivable Projects

Qualifications
About You and How You Can Excel in This Role

  • 13 years' Accounts Receivable experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Working knowledge of accounts receivables, methods, and practices
  • Strong MS Office (Outlook, Teams) and Excel skills (tables, formulas, pivots tables, Vlookups, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving ability with drive for results
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact at all levels of the organization and customers
  • Team player with motivated work ethic
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
