- Providing overall financial leadership and guidance for the F-22 Sustainment Programs within the newly-formed Lifecycle Support Solutions product line.
- It is expected that the selected candidate will provide support and input to Product Line and Business Area Leadership regarding all financial matters related to the business.
- This is a highly visible position with opportunities to interface with both internal and external customers.
- The expectation is that the chosen candidate not only have a strong business acumen but also has the ability to act as the deputy manager of the product line when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree and years of work experience or equivalent experience; alternatively, a master's degree and 5+ years of work experience
- Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in a timely, accurate, concise, and understandable manner
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence diverse work teams
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast paced environment
- Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures
- Understanding and knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as company policies
- 5-10 Years of Program Finance, Cost Accounting, and Pricing experience
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Sound understanding of data analytics and experience with implementing BI solutions to enable more effective, data-driven decisions
- Utilize computer skills to prepare appropriate reports and documents
- Analyze, evaluate, develop and implement processes and systems within budget and adhere to time requirements and schedule

Full-Time Salary Range: $ $192280
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
