As a Software Developer, you will...

  • Develop simulation software for use in simulators and offline simulations. For example, you will use AI-based methods to create "smart agents" for realistic traffic scenarios and develop suitable formats and interface standards for the simulation tools used. You will work in agile teams using state-of-the-art methods for agile software development.
  • Manage external software developers as part of agile teams.
  • Analyze weaknesses in software products and development and testing processes, and implement improvements independently.

Be our forward thinker

As a successful candidate, you will...

  • Have a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Have experience with C++ and Linux, as well as common coding guidelines and testing methods.
  • Be familiar with agile software development and common tools.
  • Have experience with Matlab/Simulink.
  • Demonstrate a self-sufficient, analytical, and structured approach to work.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both in English and German.
