We are a growing, owner-managed real estate investor and asset manager with the traditional responsibilities of a family office. Based in Frankfurt am Main and Leipzig, we are present in all major German real estate markets. The partners behind Family Value started the company seven years ago with a combined experience of over 50 years in the real estate industry and a total realized project volume of over 500 million euros.

We provide our clients with individual investment solutions and accompany them in a trusting and close collaboration throughout the entire life cycle of a property. This includes managing acquisitions and sales, with a focus on expanding and developing existing properties as well as new construction projects. This involves professional project management throughout the planning, construction, and operation phases.

Our small core team works closely with multiple property management companies and external service providers. Our team's expertise comes from various disciplines such as civil engineering, economics, and law.

For our location in Frankfurt, we are looking for a full-time Technical Asset Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
