Equitable Advisors is seeking a detail-oriented/multi-tasking Operations Coordinator.This individual will be the key person to support the office with operational tasks and miscellaneous day to day needs and will need to be open to learning new things and owning their role.
Role will administer company policy at the local level and act as Field Liaison for the Complex Team. This person will report directly to the Complex Operations Manager.Event and Meeting coordination for BranchTravel coordination for Branch Manager & Senior Vice Presidents Finance - expense account management and submissionAdministrative duties to include but not limited to:Branch office calendar maintenance - scheduling meetings and callsConference room, Technology, and Branch Network TroubleshootingOrder pantry and office suppliesData collection & report preparation Support in the onboarding of new advisors Mail incoming and outgoing - back upTechnology - assist with questions and trainingThe base salary range for this position is $46,000-$50,000.
Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location.In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities.
