    Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. With design, sales and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries, Mini-Circuits' products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Our products are also used in detection, measurement and imaging applications, including military communication, guidance and electronic countermeasure systems, commercial, scientific, military land, sea and aircraft; automotive systems, medical systems, and industrial test equipment.

    Mini-Circuits' sells its products to over 20,000 customers globally through our direct sales force, applications engineering staff, sales representatives, as well as through our extensive website.

    Position Summary:

    Mini-Circuits Marcoms is responsible for creating experiences across all media touchpoints that serve the needs of our internal and external customers and reflect the culture of quality, service and innovation that defines who we are and what we do as an organization.

    The Digital Marketing Manager - Corporate Website and eCommerce is responsible for the ownership of Mini-Circuits' website content management system, eCommerce capabilities and analytics to deliver best-in-industry customer experience. This position supports all aspects of the company's transition to a new, leading CMS platform and help create a sustainable operating model that engages the organization in content creation and maintenance while ensuring consistent standards of content quality and brand integrity. Use analytics tools to glean insights on user needs while working with stakeholders from across the organization to modernize our site design and create new content to support strategic business objectives.

    Success in this position requires a unique combination of technical, analytical and creative competencies as well as project leadership experience in matrix organizations. The ideal candidate is an expert in website content management technologies with strong knowledge of content operations and governance practices. Mastery of GA4, tag manager and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to measure performance and guide decision making are also essential. This person is a tech-savvy mastermind with a marketing mindset who understands how to make eCommerce sites drive results for complex B2B manufacturing businesses.

    Salary Range: $115,000 - $173,000 per year
    Job Function:
    • Support the implementation of a new enterprise CMS including content migration and modernization.
    • Establish and administer a practical, sustainable web content operating model including roles, workflows and governance in keeping with established brand standards.
    • Train new users on CMS features, functions and guidelines for creating and maintaining content.
    • Use data-driven insights to optimize site architecture and page design for user experience and conversion.
    • Optimize tagging to ensure clear, accurate reporting of conversions and other events of interest.
    • Develop meaningful quarterly reporting on website performance for internal partners and senior leadership.
    • Collaborate with product line leaders and global market managers to design and build landing pages and microsites promoting Mini-Circuits' key technologies and offerings for target verticals.
    • Initiate and monitor all project requests in IT, represent Marcomms in weekly development meetings to ensure timely completion.
    • Advise stakeholders in marketing, IT and project management in the evaluation of technologies and solutions for the ongoing development of Mini-Circuits' website and eCommerce capabilities.
    • Evaluate organizational needs and identify opportunities for improvement; pitch proposals to gain executive sponsorship and organizational resources.

    Qualifications:
    • 5+ years progressive experience managing website content, analytics and eCommerce, preferably in a B2B manufacturing environment.
    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Web Design, Informatics or related field.
    • Deep understanding of content management systems including PIM and DAM solutions for enterprise websites and eCommerce.
    • Knowledge of best practices for managing content operations and governance in large organizations.
    • Expertise with GA4, Tag Manager and related tools.
    • Facility analyzing and interpreting raw data from multiple sources to synthesize clear, meaningful, and actionable business insights.
    • Mastery of Adobe XD, Figma or similar UX design software, and solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
    • Experience working with leading CRM and marketing automation tools.
    • Expertise in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
    • Comfortable collaborating with partners from a wide range of backgrounds and skillsets including marketing, design, IT, engineering and senior leadership.
    • Strong knowledge of current and emerging website and marketing technologies.
    • Outstanding written, spoken and visual communication skills.
    • Demonstrated success leading complex projects from end to end.
    • High-level of organizational awareness and business acumen.
