As Deputy Team Leader (m/f/d) Safety Officer, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects run smoothly and safely.


WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY

  • You are responsible for the deployment planning and coordination of safety officers (m/f/d)
  • You support the development of the existing safety team
  • Ensuring that safety personnel have uptodate qualifications
  • Regular project inspections and monitoring compliance with safety standards
  • You independently check and monitor safety regulations and identify potential hazards on site
  • Monitoring other trades and deriving safety measures
  • Alerting in case of danger according to the emergency chain
  • Initiating rescue measures and avoiding conflict situations

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Completed training as a safety officer (m/f/d) and respiratory protection wearer (m/f/d)
  • Extensive professional experience as a safety officer
  • Passed BASF internal expertise test for safety officers
  • First experience in administrative tasks desirable
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Strong communication skills in German
  • Flexibility and teamwork with a handson mentality
  • Independent and structured way of working
