Munich, we are looking for the following position as soon as possible:

Operational Purchaser (m/f/d) Siemens Mobility GmbH

Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring optimal procurement of materials and maintaining high material availability
  • Managing the flow of materials between suppliers and various units in production
  • Conducting material availability analyses, maintaining parameters and master data, and ordering purchased parts/components/assemblies
  • Converting demand requirements into procurement requests and orders
  • Monitoring the order and delivery processes of suppliers
  • Monitoring inventory levels and implementing intelligent inventory management
  • Reviewing supplier invoices

Your profile

  • Completed specialized degree (university) or completed vocational training with extensive professional experience in the abovementioned field
  • Professional experience in purchasing, logistics, and planning
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP R/3 and MS Office
  • Good knowledge of German and English is an advantage
  • High resilience and ability to work independently
