Who we are looking for

We are currently seeking an intern to support our Business Continuity Team in Munich.

What you will be responsible for


As an intern, you will support the BCM lifecycle (business impact analysis, risk assessments, recovery strategy & planning, testing support, governance) as a team member and work closely with the national and international Business Continuity Team.

You will also assist in the analysis and development of innovative concepts related to Business Continuity Management System, Business Impact Assessment, Crisis Management and Crisis Exercises, as well as support in creating presentations for management and regulatory authorities.

Other tasks may include conducting research, particularly on the bank's current Climate Change Program, and assisting in the operational implementation of regulatory requirements and the preparation of reports for national and international supervisory authorities (European Central Bank and Bundesbank).

You will also support in coordinating supervisory inquiries and assist in the creation of internal process descriptions and guidelines.

Additionally, you will be involved in the conception and execution of crisis exercises and contribute to the creation of emergency concepts.
