Hello, we are
AMBOSS and we are looking for a new colleague for the position of
Accounting Student Assistant in Berlin or Cologne.

You are an organizational talent, enjoy working with numbers, and don't lose your courage even with illegible (often written by doctors ;-) ) notes? You are motivated to support a lively finance team as a student assistant, never leave a 5 straight, and are only satisfied when the last receipt has found its place?

If you have the desire and time to support us for a maximum of 20 hours per week as a student assistant, then send us your resume because we definitely want to get to know you.

Your tasks include:

Supporting financial accounting in areas such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, payment processing, asset accounting, etc.
Processing travel expense reports
Invoice verification and document management
Management and verification of credit card statements and bank transactions
Participation in commercial projects and process implementations

You bring with you:

You have a commercial vocational training (office clerk, etc.), are currently studying economics with a focus on finance, or are simply motivated to learn something new
Very good computer skills
Professional proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
