Position: BA Mortgage
Location: Dallas, Tx(Onsite)
Duration: Long term

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 5 years of experience as an analyst in Information Technology.
Hands on experience in Empower product from configuration, testing, implementation, and migration.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas Texas location or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
At least 5 years of recent experience in area of Mortgage Loan Servicing, Mortgage Default management and Foreclosures.

Preferred Qualifications and Job Functions

At least 8 years of experience in Business Analysis Skills Requirements analysis, Elicitation, Agile Methodologies, and experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes.
At least 8 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business associates.
Knowledge of Agile and its principles and Data analysis skills
Analytical, Communication, Planning and Co-ordination skills
Ability to work independently and be a self-starter, Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires travel.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
