- Minimum 5 year's experience as Lead Carpenter or Project Manager in a residential remodeling environment.
- Demonstrable knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.
- Experience in budget management and cost estimation.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Oversee the planning and execution of residential remodeling projects from start of construction to finish.
- Coordinate with architectural designers, interior designers, and other construction specialists to ensure project plans are executed effectively.
- Manage the budget for remodeling projects, including estimating costs, determining the value of work done, and managing expenses.
- Attend necessary inspections, obtain necessary approvals, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Direct and manage onsite carpenters and subcontractors, providing guidance and leadership to ensure quality workmanship.
- Regularly communicate project status to clients, providing updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Perform quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and report on the project's status.
- Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals, such as electricians, plumbers, and carpenters, to ensure all aspects of the project are harmonized.
