Creating Fascination:
Your Responsibilities

Project management of development projects in the field of electric motors and drives according to the Stage-Gate process

Ensuring time, cost, and quality goals within the development process

Detailed coordination of project scope and implementation with the customer

Coordination of technical feasibility for project implementation

Internal coordination of all project phases with the departments of development, production, quality management, purchasing, and industrial engineering for successful project execution

Creation and maintenance of project plans, documentation, and tracking of project phases

Ensuring organized and transparent risk management (e.g. for project or product deviations) and sufficient documentation

Providing technical leadership for interdisciplinary project teams

Bringing Strengths:
Your Qualifications

Completed technical degree in electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification such as a technician/master in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering with relevant professional experience

Several years of experience in managing technically-based projects, ideally in the field of electric motors and drives or mechanical engineering, IPMA certification is an advantage

Strong communication skills

Structured, responsible, and cost-conscious work style with a high degree of flexibility

Teamwork

High customer and service orientation as well as intercultural competence

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as part of regular business trips

Fluent in German and English, additional language skills are an advantage

Proficient in MS Office and knowledge
