- Provide supervision for the Contractor employees.
- Planning and managing the contract professionally.
- Coach and mentor Supervisors and Leads.
- Ensure that work is scheduled properly to obtain maximum use of resources.
- Effective supervision to prevent inefficient or wasteful methods in the performance of services ordered.
- Execute cost-saving factors and quality controls to ensure work is performed as scheduled and at a fair and reasonable cost.

- Demonstrated knowledge of field operations, company specific policies and procedures, federal and contract regulations.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience using Microsoft products.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience utilizing operations support systems.

- At least 3 years of experience In Distribution Management or at least seven (7) years of management experience in distribution.
- 2 years of experience using automated warehouse management systems within the past 5 years.
