    Race Winning Brands (RWB) is the leading manufacturer of racing and high-performance parts sold to automotive and powersports markets. RWB is the preferred source for high-end pistons, engine blocks, cylinder heads, intake manifolds, connecting rods, crankshafts, clutches, transmissions, springs and other engine and driveline- related performance components. RWB sells to a diverse and unmatched customer base of professional and sportsman racers, engine builders, enthusiasts, OEMs, automotive and powersports dealers and wholesale distributors. RWB is headquartered in Mentor, Ohio with sales offices and manufacturing operations in strategic locations throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia.

    This role is based out of our Berea, Ohio location.

    JOB SUMMARY:

    To achieve CORSA & Volant Performance sales growth objectives by providing quality customer service, promoting the Company's product lines through direct interaction with customers. With revenue generation and market dominance as the primary sales goal, direct interaction with customers, influencing and assisting them by using technical and industry knowledge that meets their needs. Input and participation in the technical development of products is expected.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Grows existing and new customer relationships with Dealers and Jobbers through communication of existing products, new productions, and promotional support.
    • Communicate directly with end-users to sell and educate on products through eCommerce, phone, email, and Social Media Channels.
    • Establishes and sets up new accounts per Sales Manager's guidelines.
    • Follows up on sales leads and make cold calls on potential customers.
    • Receives customer calls and provide product specifications, technical information, pricing, and delivery to achieve sales and revenue goals.
    • Establishes and maintains industry contacts that lead to sales opportunity and revenue generation.
    • Researches and develops potential customers.
    • Enters customer orders using designated Company order forms.
    • Provides problem resolution and troubleshooting expertise to customers. Taking responsibility for and make every effort to meet customer's needs and resolve their product problems.
    • Writes customer correspondence.
    • Researches and completes descriptive customer RMAs within five working days.
    • Returns messages, e-mails, and voice mails in a timely manner.
    • Attends race events and shows as determined by Sales & Marketing Manager.
    • Maintains up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that effect target market.
    • Promotes new, innovative products to existing customers.
    • Works closely and effectively with Engineering/ R&D, Operations and Sales staff to identify future customer needs.
    • Determines and communicates customer satisfaction to Marketing Director.
    • Communicates openly, honestly, and constructively using TQ (total quality) practices.
    • Performs other duties that may be assigned.

    Requirements:

    Education:

    Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A degree in business and/or marketing is highly desirable.

    Experience:

    Minimum 2 years of experience in sales capacity preferably tied to a technical product line; automotive aftermarket is preferred.

    Computer Skills:

    Ability to fully utilize MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

    Communication Skills:

    Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Must be able to communicate with both management and non-management associates.
