    1099 Independent Contractor.
    100% commission based.
    $100,000 - $180,000 estimated first year.
    Bonus opportunities.

    Weekdays, some evenings, and an occasional weekend.

    Job Summary:
    USA Insulation is seeking a motivated, self-starter sales professional in Lexington, KY. As an in-home sales consultant, you will conduct a detailed assessment of the insulation needs of a homeowner. You will provide solutions and pricing, at the time of presentation, and book an installation date while in the home. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of high performance in sales, with excellent communication skills, and a dedication to exceeding sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Conduct in home appointments with leads generated by company marketing activities.
    Learn and deliver a polished sales presentation.
    Negotiate terms and close sales deals, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    Document Key Sales Activities in the CRM and provide regular updates on sales progress.
    Provide excellent post-sale support to gain referrals and 5-star reviews.
    Participate in marketing-related activities such as home shows and events.

    Candidate Requirements:
    A positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing environments is a must.
    Proven success in a sales role.
    Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
    Self-motivated and willing to learn and participate in training.
    Willingness to follow guidelines.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
    Basic understanding of home construction.
    Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus.

    Previous sales experience in Home Services is a plus.

    Flexible work from home options available.
