- Oversee the work of designated Case Managers to ensure Individual Service Plans are compliant with standards established for individuals with developmental disabilities and may serve as the Case Manager for a group of residents.
- Work with community providers to provide off-site programming and/or employment opportunities for residents
- Oversee the implementation of meaningful activities for residents.
- Review trends and patterns of unusual incidents and restrictive measure usage and implements changes based on data analysis.
- Train staff during orientation, annual training and as needed.
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure residents receive the best overall care (, dietary and therapies).
- Supervise staff (, performance evaluations, timekeeping and corrective action).
- Hours of work will include weekends, early mornings and evenings to be accessible on all shifts.
