Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d):


To strengthen our team at our office in Augsburg, we are currently looking for Human Resources Specialists (m/f/d) for CAB Caritas Augsburg Betriebsträger gGmbH.


Your responsibilities:


  • Management and maintenance of employee data
  • Verification of attendance, overtime, and calculation of allowances
  • Preparation of employment contracts and references
  • Support in payroll processing
  • Correspondence with health insurance companies, social security agencies, and authorities
  • Reporting and certification
  • Preparation of statistics and evaluations
  • Participation in internal projects

Your qualifications:


  • Commercial education/training or further education, e.g. as a tax clerk, industrial clerk, office management clerk, or a degree in business administration, or equivalent qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Reliability and team spirit
  • Enjoy working independently and with attention to detail
  • Ideally, knowledge of AVR/TVöD
