    Lucia & Co., a full-service, boutique CPA firm with two offices located in the Inland Empire, provides high quality accounting, tax and business consulting services, with a commitment to customer satisfaction. We are proud to go the extra mile for our clients through our expertise, availability, consistency and appreciation for each client and their business.

    We are currently seeking a dedicated, self-motivated team player, preferably with recent public accounting experience. You will prepare tax returns for corporations, partnerships/LLCs, and individuals; complete complex tax research & planning; prepare financial statements; provide bookkeeping services; and assure tax compliance.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
    • CPA license or EA certification preferred
    • 1+ years of recent public accounting experience including tax return preparation experience and knowledge of various accounting methods preferred
    • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, client service and PC skills required
    • Knowledge and experience with QuickBooks software is helpful
    • Ability to interact professionally with clients and all levels of staff and get along with diverse personalities
