The Bömmel Construction GmbH is a full-service provider for construction projects of all kinds and sizes. The medium-sized, family-run construction company based in Bad Kissingen has 80 years of experience and currently employs around 60 employees.

We are currently looking for a motivated Foreman (m/f/d) for our dedicated team at the Bad Kissingen location.

Your main responsibilities:

Planning and management of construction projects
Allocation of tasks to construction site personnel
Supporting the site manager in communication with clients and authorities, as well as participating in meetings with the site manager and subcontractors
Keeping a construction diary in agreement with the site manager and recording all non-contractual services
Timely determination of material requirements, monitoring and disposition of material deliveries and returns in agreement with the site manager
Checking the work documents of subcontractor employees
Implementing measures for occupational safety and health protection
